The medium conference room is designed to serve 8–12 occupants with a fully integrated Crestron Flex video conferencing experience. The Crestron UC-ENGINE-SD Flex UC system provides the conferencing engine, camera, and audio processing, certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Audio capture is handled by two Biamp Parlé TCM-XA ceiling array microphones transmitting via Dante to the Biamp TesiraFORTE AI DSP for AEC, mic gating, and room reinforcement. Reinforced audio is distributed to six Biamp Desono C-IC6 ceiling speakers via the Biamp AMP-A460 amplifier. Video distribution is managed through Crestron DM-NVX-363 (encoder) and DM-NVX-362 (decoder) AV-over-IP, routing content from local laptop inputs (USB-C/HDMI at table boxes) and the UC engine to dual 75" Samsung QM75C displays over the AV network. The Crestron TSW-1070 10" touch panel provides call control and room management, while the Crestron TSS-770 room scheduler at the entrance handles room booking and occupancy display. The Crestron CP4N control processor manages display power, input selection, camera presets, and DSP scene recall.
